Crossover buyers seek the best, listen: the list of Audi Q7. Its almost perfect balance of luxury, refinement, driving enthusiasm and high-tech features make it a great advantage for those lucky enough to have the budget for such a vehicle. We are currently lucky with a Q7 3.0T Prestige 2017 in our long-term fleet, and so far we have found very little to complain about. Two engines are available: an efficient turbocharged four-cylinder and a V-6 loaded with Zesty, both standardized with the quattro quattro all-wheel drive system. Automatic low-speed emergency braking is standard, but those looking for more advanced active safety features find what they’re looking for in Midrange Premium Plus and the most popular Prestige magician.
The Audi Advance Key is now standard on all Q7 models and offers passive input, memory functions and button start. The Premium Plus trimmer is equipped as standard with the Bose Surround Sound 3D stereo system, while the Prestige models offer closed folding doors that give a boost to luxury.
The Q7 comes as standard with three-row seats and four four-wheel drive. Available power units include a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine and a supercharged 3.0-liter V-6, both boiled with an 8-speed automatic transmission. Both sets are available in the Audi Premium and Premium Plus trim levels, but only 3.0T, starting at $ 5650, is available with the best Prestige equipment.
Q7 is the best with the supercharged V-6 and adaptive air suspension, and we recommend the Prestigio trim with the Adaptive Chassis package. At $ 70.375 it’s priced high, but you get what you pay for, and in this case you get one of the best mid-size luxury transitions on sale today and our double of 10 Best Trucks and SUV winners. Also, with this high-end trim you have many features for creatures, such as:
• Automatic four-zone air conditioning system
• Telescopic power damper steering column
• Panoramic view with sun protection
• Leather surfaces, 12-way front seats with heating and ventilation
Not to mention the fact that Quattro All-Wheel Drive is standard on all Q7 models, so you do not need to pay extra if you want an extra draw.
